Hi, I'm Caeden (she/her)

I am a chiropractor in Courtenay, BC with a passion for movement and health.


My aim is to help make sense of your pain and come up with personalized strategies to manage it. I prioritize fostering a safe and open space while working with you to achieve your goals. My practice focuses on creating long-term solutions that will help you feel happy, healthy and confident. 


I value an evidenced-based approach consisting of education, movement strategies, and hands-on therapy to empower you to take control of your health.


With a special interest in prenatal/postpartum care and women's health, I am dedicated to changing the narrative that pregnancy means constant aches and pains. I believe that pregnancy and the postpartum period does not have to mean losing yourself to your body.

I love what I do and I am excited to hear your story. In my clinic, everyone is welcome!

Dr. Caeden grew up playing many competitive sports in Ontario. She graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Science with Honours Specialization in Kinesiology. 
She completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she participated in a chiropractic outreach to the Dominican Republic, where she served the local communities.
Out of the clinic, you can find Caeden soaking up the outdoor playground of the Comox Valley, trying to perfect homemade sourdough, lifting weights at her local gym or spending time with her family and friends.

Movement and exercise play an important part in my practice. I believe the key to a happy body and mind is to stay active.

As your babe and bump grow throughout pregnancy, the shifts in posture, centre of gravity, and hormones can contribute to pain. Chiropractic care can provide relief during and after pregnancy. Safe and gentle hands-on therapy (including the Webster technique), therapeutic exercises, kinesiotape, and at-home movement strategies are used to care for you while you care for your little one.


Whether you are in pain from growing a tiny human, dealing with aches from feeding postures, or returning to running postpartum, I am here to support you through this transition to parenthood.

Chiropractic care for babies looks a lot different than it does for adults and older children. 


Treatments are safe and gentle - the pressure used to release tension and improve mobility is similar to checking the ripeness of an avocado.


Pediatric care provides support for your baby's joints, muscles and nervous system to keep them happy and comfortable as their growing bodies develop. In addition to the hands-on therapy, a large portion of the appointment is spent discussing exercises, modifications, and movements that you, as parents, can do with your little one.
